Amazing vegetarian omelettes and German pancakes! Tried the oven baked SantaFe pancake and it was deliciously filling.
Great place with delicious food and nice staff. An omelette is about $15 but it includes 3 pancakes. Super filling. Definitely worth a second visit!
Finally... After about 20 years I was able to get to experience this place! Word of advice: Go during the week when people are at work and school. Otherwise you'll be waiting 20 years like I did lol. The wait was worth it though. Didn't disappoint. I LOVE the pancakes. Can't wait to go back!
Had breakfast with a friend here this morning and the food was INCREDIBLE. It was extremely packed, but the staff were still very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated or get our food. I highly recommend the strawberry waffle! 😋🔥
I come to Detroit multiple times a month for work and found this location near my hotel. It was amazing! I was there early morning on a weekday and was sat immediately. The host and waitress were both very attentive and efficient. The food was delicious and it felt the pricing was appropriate. I got the Turkey Sausage and eggs which came with pancakes. I was able to make them chocolate chip pancakes which I loved. I will be coming back to this location when I come to Detroit for work.
Fantastic service despite being very busy. Food came out surprisingly quick and hot. Started with the fresh strawberry waffle; was so good we had to try another. Will definitely be coming back to try some other waffles. 10/10 recommend.
This is a very nice family restaurant. The staff is friendly and the service is generally good and fast. I was very impressed by the service on mother's Day. The line was out the door but surprisingly the wait wasn't super long. The line kept moving. It was clean and the food was also good. However, I did come in for breakfast a month back and my breakfast eggs were almost raw. I had asked for over medium. That didn't happen this time. Price for two people average out to $35 same has a full meal at the Coney Island. Meals are from $9 to I think $18 depending on what you order. Nice kids meals also. Overall, great place to take the family!

Great Spot!!! Stopped in on whim and glad I did. It was busy, and there was a line (a good sign), but it moved fast. Breakfast was good, service wonderful (Tee was outstanding) and I'll surely be back when I'm in the neighborhood again.
I cannot tell you enough how amazing the staff is at the Southfield location! They go above and beyond to make your experience amazing. We accidentally showed up when they were closing, and they were so kind to let us in and make us the best item on their menu …. The Big Apple pancake!!! If you haven’t had it, it is the most amazing breakfast/treat/well balanced meal (hahaha) with homemade whipped cream, you can have! I highly recommend everyone comes here at least once or make this a family treat. Any chance you get. They are simply amazing! The manager is top notch!!!
